Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy
If a movie is not shown due to technical problems, you can get a refund or exchange if requested at the time of the problem and at the manager’s discretion. If you paid using your credit card, a refund will be posted to your card. Refunds take up to 5-7 days to process. Please be patient.
Once the car pass (ticket) has been paid, it cannot be canceled. A $1.43 service is non-refundable never. Verify that you are paying for the movie and the correct date.
